Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Army PM Uncrewed Aircraft Systems program in Huntsville, AL. The role covers requirements development, MBSE-driven architecture, and end-to-end integration and testing of UAS capabilities.

The successful candidate will work with government personnel and contractors to translate user needs into actionable technical requirements and verification activities. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of professional systems engineering experience; master's +1 year acceptable.
Experience with MBSE, requirements development/verification, and complex systems integration.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, refine, and maintain system requirements with traceability to operational needs.
Apply MBSE to assess requirements, interfaces, dependencies, and integration considerations.
Coordinate across organizations to translate needs into technical requirements and recommendations.
Support hardware and software integration across UAS platforms and ground systems.
Prepare and present technical briefings and status updates to stakeholders.
