Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Maryland. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and will perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concepts of operations, operational requirements, and use cases to support system development.

You will design high-level system architectures, specify performance and interface requirements, and develop installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience must be in engineering systems over their lifecycle (for example, conception, design & development, testing, production, distribution/deployment, operation, maintenance & support, decommissioning).
• Degree must be in Engineering or a relevant technical field (for example, computer science, mathematics, or physics).

Responsibilities

• Define and document concept of operations, operational requirements, and use cases to support system development.
• Perform high-level system design and specify system/component performance and interface requirements.
• Develop installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements.
• Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions developed by the product teams.
