Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a System Administrator I to join our team in the DMV region. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY.

As an Enterprise Infrastructure Support Systems Administrator, you will provide system administration solutions to meet required capabilities and you will create bills of materials, network designs and diagrams, and other documentation for new and updated installations.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAM Level I or higher required.
• Experience with modern operating systems and network architectures.
• Experience in certification and accreditation, IA metrics gathering.
• Ability to perform capacity planning and optimize resources.
• Ability to break down complex problems and build technical action plans.
• Linux/Unix/Windows administration and system imaging.
• Experience managing virtual servers via VMware or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration solutions for enterprise infrastructure.
• Create bills of materials, network designs, and installation documentation.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and server teams to meet capacity needs.
• Determine power, space, cooling, and funding requirements.
