Job summary

BCT LLC in Maryland is seeking a Systems Engineer 5 with an active TS/SCI with POLY to join our team. You will work on defense acquisition programs, applying ISO/IEC 15288 processes and modeling with CAMEO Systems Modeler and SysML.

You will coordinate with government staff and program teams, ensuring technical integrity and timely deliverables across lifecycle phases. The position favors senior engineers with a track record in systems engineering for national security missions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with POLY
• Experience with Defense Acquisition Systems, DoDAF or FEAF
• Technical skills in CAMEO Systems Modeler and SysML
• ISO/IEC 15288 process areas experience

Responsibilities

• Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.
• Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
• Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives, ensuring technical integrity, quality, and completeness of deliverables.
• Manages one or more of the ISO/IEC 15288 process areas: Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal; Project Planning, Assessment and Control, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement; Portfolio/Infrastructure/Lifecycle/HR/Quality Management; Acquisition and Supply.
