BCT LLC is seeking Software Engineers in Maryland with an active TS/SCI clearance and POLY. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems, working individually or in teams, and applying standard software development methodologies.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, debugging, documentation, design and code work, and integration of software into diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with POLY clearance required.
• Experience in Policy or SIGINT domains.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and integrate software systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug, test, and correct software defects.
• Recommend improvements to documentation and development processes.
• Design or code new software and modify existing features.
• Integrate software into new or modified systems.
• Develop data queries for databases or data repositories.
• Write or review software and system documentation.
• Design complex database interfaces and queries.
• Implement algorithms to meet performance standards.
• Assist with executing test procedures for software components.
• Analyze system performance and data usage to improve software.
• Modify software to adapt to new hardware or improve performance.
