Job summary

ReviveRX is seeking a Systems Engineer to uphold the security, stability, and performance of our enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows and Apple environments. The role owns day-to-day management of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune, plus JAMF-based management of Apple devices, ensuring identity, access, and endpoint compliance.

You will provide Tier 2/3 support, lead complex troubleshooting, and follow change management practices to keep production systems secure and reliable, with

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT systems administration across Windows and Apple environments.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID, and Intune.
• 3+ years of JAMF for Apple device management.
• Experience with endpoint security and compliance.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services using Admin Center and Entra ID.
• Manage user identities, access policies, and SSO configurations.
• Oversee Microsoft Teams configuration, support, and automation.
• Implement and manage Intune device policies.
• Administer JAMF for Apple devices and ensure compliance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows and macOS environments.
• Monitor performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Maintain system documentation and security practices.
