Job summary

Power3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in the United States. You will analyze requirements, develop system specifications, and guide design and development activities while coordinating with Product Owners in SAFe/ agile ceremonies.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, strong technical leadership, and ability to create architectural and integration plans.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (Poly within last 5 years).
• Scrum Coach Certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Leads design and development activities.
• Guides users in formulating requirements and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develops system architecture, system design documentation, and implementation plans.
• Interacts with Government regarding SE considerations and issues.
• Ensures technical integrity of SE deliverables and communicates with program staff and executives.
• Collaborates with Product Owner in SAFe/agile ceremonies (sprint reviews, Inspect & Adapt, PI planning).

• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
• Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develops technical documentation.
• Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
• Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
• Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
• Experience in collaborating with Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events

The projected compensation range for this position is $100K - $160K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
