Job summary

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Maryland. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required, with Poly within the last 5 years.

The role involves analyzing requirements, leading design and development, providing technical leadership for integration, and creating system documentation. Collaboration with government and program personnel is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph, poly within last 5 years.
• Scrum Certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
• Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develops technical documentation.
• Develops system architecture and system design documentation.
• Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interacts with Government regarding SE considerations and issues.
• Ultimate responsibility for technical integrity of work and deliverables.
• Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owner in SAFe/agile ceremonies including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning events.

The projected compensation range for this position is $100K - $160K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
