Job summary

Power3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a rapidly growing team in the United States. The role involves analyzing requirements, leading design and development activities, and guiding cross-functional teams in SAFe/agile ceremonies.

The candidate will provide technical leadership, develop system architecture documentation, and interact with government stakeholders to ensure the integrity of engineering work.

Qualifications

• Requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph (with Poly within last 5 years)
• Scrum Coach Certification

• Collaborates with Product Owner in SAFe/agile ceremonies including sprint reviews and PI planning.

Description

• Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
• Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develops technical documentation.
• Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
• Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
• Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
• Experience in collaborating with Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events

The projected compensation range for this position is $100K - $160K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
