Job summary

Reflexive Concepts seeks a Systems Engineer 3 to join our team in Maryland. The candidate will analyze requirements and architecture to develop system-level specifications, guide design and development activities, and provide technical leadership for integration and testing.

Interaction with government stakeholders and preparation of SE plans are expected. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph and experience supporting SAFe/agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
• a CI polygraph within the last 5 years is required.
• Highest education level must be in an engineering field or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements and operation concepts to develop system requirements.
• Guides design and development activities and provides technical leadership.
• Interacts with government and program personnel on SE matters.
• Develops system architecture and design documentation.
