Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 to join our team at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on synthesizing high-level operational requirements into detailed system specifications and leading design activities while coordinating with government stakeholders.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph and experience in systems engineering for complex dataflow environments, with familiarity in Confluence and Jira for knowledge management and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Leads design and development activities based on system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
• Guides users in formulating requirements and conducts feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develops technical documentation including system architecture and system design documentation.
• Guides planning through system engineering management plans and test plans.
• Interacts with Government regarding SE considerations and issues.
• Holds ultimate responsibility for technical integrity of SE work and deliverables.
• Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
