Job summary

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Annapolis, MD. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, architecting system solutions, and guiding cross-functional teams through SAFe/agile ceremonies.

It requires active TS/SCI with polygraph and Scrum coaching credentials, with leadership across integration and program planning. You will lead design efforts, develop system documentation, and coordinate with government

Qualifications

• Requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (poly within last 5 years).
• Experience collaborating with Product Owner in SAFe/agile ceremonies (Sprint Review, Inspect & Adapt, PI planning).
• Scrum Coach certification or equivalent Agile leadership credentials.
• Strong technical leadership with system integration and test planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Leads design and development activities based on analyzed requirements.
• Guides users in defining requirements, evaluating alternatives, and conducting feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develops technical documentation and system architecture/design documentation.
• Guides system development and implementation planning through system engineering management and test plans.
• Interacts with Government regarding SE considerations and issues.
• Maintains ultimate responsibility for technical integrity of work and deliverables in SE area.
• Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
