Base-2 Solutions seeks a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach to apply systems engineering practices to requirements analysis, design, and planning while supporting SAFe/agile execution with the Product Owner, sprint reviews, and PI planning. The role engages with Government stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure technical integrity of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Scrum Coach certification.
• Experience coordinating SAFe ceremonies and PI planning.
• Education and experience equivalency pathways listed in job posting.
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Ability to lead design and development activities.
• Ability to guide users in formulating requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
• Ability to provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, CONOPS documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and guide system development and implementation planning.
• Coordinate with Product Owner for SAFe/agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning events.
• Develop technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
• Interface with Government stakeholders and senior executives on technical considerations.
