Job summary

Courser seeks a Systems Engineer II to manage and support client IT infrastructure within an MSP environment. You will ensure secure, reliable operations across servers, networks, and cloud services for multiple client organizations. Responsibilities include deploying projects, optimizing performance, documenting configurations, and guiding technology upgrades.

Travel to client sites may be required. The role requires a B.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years in systems engineering or IT infrastructure with strong architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Windows/Linux, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable IT infrastructure support and project leadership.
• Configure and maintain servers, networks, and security.
• Plan migrations, upgrades, and cloud integrations.
• Monitor systems health and performance with monitoring tools.
• Document configurations and create SOPs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams; travel as needed.
