Job summary

Courser accelerates the growth of IT service provider companies and seeks a Systems Engineer in a MSP environment. You will manage and support client IT infrastructure, implement solutions, and ensure secure, reliable operations across servers, networks, and cloud services.

The role demands a 2–4 year background in systems engineering, strong OS, virtualization, and networking skills, plus familiarity with cloud platforms and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for client systems, incidents, and issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure for client organizations.
• Assist with server migrations, network upgrades, or cloud integrations.
• Manage backup, security configurations, and disaster recovery planning.
