Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer II - Modeling Simulation & Analysis in Tucson, AZ. You will create high-fidelity simulations for missile design and flight test support, develop modeling solutions, and work with GNC and Signal Processing teams to ensure program schedules are met.

A strong background in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB is required. You will collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines, perform trade studies, and contribute across the product lifecycle from concept to fielded

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant prior experience.
Must be able to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Create high-fidelity simulations and models for missile design and flight test support.
Develop and implement modeling solutions and conduct trade studies.
Collaborate in a team environment and provide guidance to other team members.
Coordinate with GNC, Signal Processing, and other performance personnel for simulations per program schedule.
Contribute to product lifecycle from concept to fielded solution and provide technical guidance.
