Job summary

Torch Technologies in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Systems Engineer to support MDA Modeling & Simulation. You will analyze test data, define architecture and requirements, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve automation and data handling for complex simulations.

The role requires DoD-related experience, a Secret clearance, and strong writing and communication skills to present findings to leadership and stakeholders. Regular full-time work in Huntsville with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and DoD or MDA experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive systems engineering or related experience.
• Proven experience with modeling & simulation tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test and evaluation criteria and data for M&S systems.
• Define high-level architecture and system requirements for integrated frameworks.
• Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for modernization.
• Collaborate daily with software, test, and data teams for integration.
• Document architectures, methodologies, and evaluation results for stakeholders.
