Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support the Missile Defense Agency program office, located onsite in Huntsville, AL. You will develop SysML models, ensure requirements traceability, and contribute to digital engineering efforts across milestones.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in missile defense or large DoD projects, DoD clearance, and proficiency with Cameo, MagicDraw, and Sparx tools. Onsite work, travel, and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• SysML proficiency and solid systems engineering background.
• Experience mapping system-level and component-level requirements to architecture artifacts.
• Active DoD program experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in MBSE environments and integrate MBSE with simulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain descriptive system models using SysML.
• Map requirements to architecture artifacts and support milestone reviews.
• Support Digital Engineering initiatives for MDA programs.
• Lead interface analyses and architectural trade studies with traceability.
