Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated Missile Defense Systems Engineer/Analyst to join the Redstone Arsenal team in Huntsville, AL. The role involves modeling, simulation, algorithm testing, data generation, and analysis on advanced missile defense projects.

Required are a U.S. BS in engineering/CS/physics/math or related field, 5+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to collaborate with government and contractor partners.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in the United States is required.
• BS degree in engineering, CS, physics, math, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in missile defense or related fields.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven collaboration and teamwork in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate sensor performance, data fusion, and missile defense C2 algorithms.
• Develop and evaluate prototypes; assess third-party algorithms.
• Coordinate with Government/Contractor PMs and external stakeholders to solve challenges.
• Present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
