Torch Technologies is seeking an analytical Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency modeling and simulation efforts in Huntsville, AL. You will analyze test criteria, support integration, and design automation tools to manage data, personnel, hardware, and travel workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
5+ years progressive experience in systems engineering/architecture or automation.
Proven experience with Modeling & Simulation (M&S) tools and methodologies.
Strong data analytics, data structure analysis, and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze test and evaluation criteria and data for MDA modeling/ simulation systems.
Define high-level architecture and requirements for an integrated framework to manage data.
Analyze daily operations to identify bottlenecks and modernization opportunities.
Collaborate with software engineers, test engineers, and data analysts for system integration.
Document architectures, methodologies and results; present findings to stakeholders.
