• Seeking those with a Systems Engineer/Desktop Engineering background – will be supporting the building of a lab/data center and must have strong experience in both Mac OS and Windows OS

Skills / Experience required:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a systems/desktop engineer position servicing HW/SW and ideally setting up large desktop infrastructures
• Experience in a production environment such as lab/data center is a must

Must have the following technical skillset:

• Advanced Mac and Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Device management tools (JAMF, Intune, SCCM).
• Experience in labs or data centers.
• Knowledge of physical setup and lifecycle management.
• Attention to security and best practices.
• Ideal to have scripting experience and server room experience as well.
• Certifications: Any relevant IT certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, etc.) are a big plus but not required.
