Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineer to drive technical direction for the Tactical Recon & Strike division, delivering critical capabilities across autonomous drones and propulsion systems. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure robust design, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a strong background in electrical and systems engineering, experience with safety analyses, and proficiency in Python and system-level requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with safety-critical development standards and verification.
• Experience with requirements-driven verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive systems thinking and capabilities for Anduril products.
• Collaborate with product leads to scope and deliver capabilities.
• Define risk reduction and verification strategies for system and subsystems.
• Lead System Hazard Analyses (SHAs) and FME(C)As to ensure safety.
• Coordinate test events from lab simulations to flight tests.
• Apply defense standards like MIL-STD-882 and STANAG.
• Guide cross-functional teams and own critical initiatives.
