Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive professional experience as an engineer in one or more domains/technologies.
• Experience as a program manager or tech lead for a group of engineers.
• Ability to own a complex system from design to delivery and sustainment.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own technology solutions deployed to customers, delivering end-user value.
• Act as SME for areas like hardware integration, testing, robotics perception, cybersecurity.
