Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer to drive the Tactical Recon & Strike division. You will guide cross-functional teams, set technical direction, and ensure robust designs for Altius, Anvil, Bolt and Ghost.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering, safety-critical software, and cloud experience, with strong communication and a willingness to travel up to 25% for test events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programming languages for analysis and simulation with modern practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, CS, or Robotics.
• Experience in safety-critical software development standards and V&V strategies.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure for deployment and scalability.
• Ability to translate high-level problems into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define systems engineering strategies to drive requirements and verification for core products.
• Design and implement automated system-level integration tests and flight testing.
• Develop testing strategies for system and software requirements.
• Own delivery across multiple programs while coordinating cross-team events.
• Align programs with safety standards and NATO/MIL-STD guidelines.
• Collaborate with hardware, product, and test operations on roadmap execution.
