Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to join our mission to deliver advanced autonomous and mission systems. You will interface with government customers and internal programs, produce MBSE artifacts, and ensure requirements are traceable across the system lifecycle.

The role emphasizes interoperability, DoD standards (SysML, DoDAF), and digital engineering workflows. Active U.S. Secret clearance is required and Top Secret eligibility is welcomed.

Qualifications

• B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or similar engineering or technical field.
• 12+ years Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle.
• Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP or similar.
• Experience with model-based system engineering artifacts (OBV/OV, IBDs, etc.).
• Experience with Cameo MagicDraw or similar software (Rhapsody, SPARX EA).
• Security clearance: must currently possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance; eligible for Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal programs and external customers to gather needs.
• Develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs; MBSE artifacts often used as contractual deliverables.
• Serve as a critical interface between Anduril and government customers for System Integration capabilities.
• Contribute to Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and implementation.
• Develop deep understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation and perception products.
