Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a Systems Engineer to drive the Tactical Recon & Strike division’s engineering direction. You will lead test strategies, automate system-level tests, and coordinate across hardware and software teams to deliver critical capabilities for advanced defense platforms like Altius, Anvil, Bolt, and Ghost.

You will translate high-level requirements into actionable verification plans, support roadmaps, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in programming, analysis and simulation with modern software practices.
• Experience with safety-critical software development standards.

Responsibilities

• Define system engineering strategies to drive requirements and verification for core products.
• Design, develop, and implement automated system-level integration tests on SITL/HITL and simulators.
• Create testing strategies for system and software requirements.
• Own delivery across multiple programs and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate test events from in-lab simulations to hardware-in-the-loop demonstrations.
• Align programs with industry standards such as NATO UAV MIL-STD-882E.
