Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer/COMSEC Manager to support a high-impact SATCOM program with USSF/SSC and USAF. You will blend systems engineering with COMSEC responsibilities, managing secure networks, encryptors, and materials lifecycle.

Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph, 5+ years in COMSEC, PKI familiarity, and strong collaboration. The role emphasizes policy compliance, agile development, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a systems-related field with 8+ years of related experience.
• Must be versed in CNSSI policies and NSA/CSS guidance.
• Experience with COMSEC materials lifecycle and key management.
• Experience configuring End Cryptographic Units and fill devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform Systems Engineering and COMSEC Manager duties for the program.
• Manage network encryptors and related secure systems.
• Maintain COMSEC inventory, accountability, and lifecycle records.
• Brief and debrief users, provide updates to Program Management.
