Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer/COMSEC Manager to support multi-agency SATCOM programs for USSF/SSC and USAF. The role combines systems engineering with comprehensive COMSEC management, including inventory, lifecycle, and policy adherence.

The candidate will handle PKI, in-line encryptors, and secure communications, collaborating across teams. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required and Agile experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years related experience (degree may be substituted).
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• 5+ years COMSEC experience; 3+ years with ENUs/fill devices.
• Experience with NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Systems Engineering and COMSEC Manager duties on the program.
• Manage network encryptors and related systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain COMSEC material inventory through full lifecycle (receipt, transfer, inventory, accounting, destruction).
• Support periodic inventories, rekey efforts, and SOP updates; brief/debrief users.
• Provide Program Management with timely updates on developments and events.
