KLA is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer in Hillsboro, OR. You will join the LS-SWIFT division to develop and sustain state‑of‑the‑art wafer inspection equipment, leading customer-focused solutions and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will own system specifications, contribute to architecture, and ensure performance, quality, and reliability across alpha, beta, and mature engagements, while mentoring teams in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS in engineering with related semiconductor systems experience.
• Strong systems engineering applied to complex semiconductor systems.
• Experience in optical/mechanical/electrical domains and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive resolution of complex customer escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Provide sustained engineering support for field systems and customer adoption.
• Define and review system specifications aligning with roadmaps.
• Contribute to system design, performance characterization and validation.
• Serve as system-level technical owner for customer requirements and solutions.
• Drive technical excellence for alpha, beta, and mature product engagements.
