Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor inspection, metrology, lithography, wafer processing, or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong design fundamentals in mechanical engineering and fabrication methods.
• Experience with opto-mechanical systems, vacuum systems, and tolerance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical and opto-mechanical subsystems for semiconductor capital equipment.
• Manage engineering resources, schedules, budgets, priorities, and technical risks.
• Drive design-for-X principles including manufacturability, reliability, serviceability, and cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with program managers and leadership.
