Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Systems Development Engineer for the ADC - RAPP team to help operate and scale the world’s largest cloud infrastructure supporting U.S. government workloads from Arlington, VA.

You will own monitoring, automation via infrastructure as code, and troubleshooting of highly available services while collaborating with security-cleared teams. A TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience programming in modern languages (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang).
• Experience with automation tools for building, testing, releasing or monitoring.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% uptime SLA for Route 53 and Perimeter Protection.
• Deploy software and automate operations to reduce human intervention.
• Monitor and troubleshoot complex distributed systems in AWS.
• Develop software-based solutions to automate management.
