Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Systems and Data to support the management of core internal AMS and data governance initiatives.

The role emphasizes AMS360/ImageRight deployment within an integration strategy and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Service, Broking, and Operations. The position focuses on assisting with AMS design, data migration for acquisitions, and optimizing AMS utilization to meet business objectives, while collaborating with 3rd party providers for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in insurance brokerage systems management.
• College degree in a related field highly preferred.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience managing insurance brokerage systems.
• Extensive experience with AMS360 and ImageRight highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in agency management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational/time management skills.
• Ability to communicate and build professional relationships at all levels.
• Willingness to adhere to confidentiality.
• Represent the company professionally to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Supports and implements core business decisions related to AMS design, setup, and implementation.
• Drives a streamlined data migration process for new acquisitions integrating into Relation's AMS instance.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize or expand AMS capabilities to support business objectives.
• Supports high-priority workstreams related to data governance and quality enhancement.
• Partners with 3rd party providers to automate or outsource repetitive administrative tasks into the data governance process.
• Builds relationships with new acquisitions to support data integration efforts.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
