Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Systems and Data to manage its AMS360/ImageRight environments and support design, setup, and implementation across the organization.

You will drive data migrations for acquisitions, optimize AMS capabilities, and partner with IT, Service, Broking and Operations to automate repetitive tasks and improve data governance and quality.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to collaborate with leaders across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in insurance brokerage systems management.
• College degree in a related field highly preferred.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience managing insurance brokerage systems.
• Extensive experience with AMS360 and ImageRight highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in agency management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; writes and speaks clearly across levels.
• Strong organizational/time management skills.

## Systems & Data AnalystApply: US Remote: Full time: Posted Today: JR101403**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**The Analyst, Systems and Data is responsible for supporting the management of Relation’s core internal account management systems (AMS), including design, best practices, and workflows. The individual in this role must have a strong acumen for AMS360/ImageRight and a clear understanding of how to best deploy these tools as part of a broader integration strategy.
