Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Systems and Data to manage its AMS360/ImageRight environments and support design, setup, and implementation across the organization.

You will drive data migrations for acquisitions, optimize AMS capabilities, and partner with IT, Service, Broking and Operations to automate repetitive tasks and improve data governance and quality.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to collaborate with leaders across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in insurance brokerage systems management.
• College degree in a related field highly preferred.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience managing insurance brokerage systems.
• Extensive experience with AMS360 and ImageRight highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in agency management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; writes and speaks clearly across levels.
• Strong organizational/time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports and implements core AMS design, setup, and implementation decisions.
• Drives data migration for acquisitions integrating into AMS360.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize AMS capabilities to support business objectives.
• Supports data governance and quality enhancement efforts.
• Partners with 3rd party providers to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Builds relationships with new acquisitions for smooth data integration.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
