Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist on a 3‑month contract to lead AMS360 data conversion projects. You will analyze source data, define field mappings, perform test conversions, and ensure clean go-live outcomes.

You will collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and project leadership, using AI tools to accelerate quality checks and documentation. Flexibility for testing and go‑live work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data conversion and migration projects.
• Experience with AMS360 and at least one other AMS or agency-management system preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Ability to lead complex, deadline-driven data conversion projects and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads AMS360 data conversion projects with SMEs, resources, and vendors to define conversion requirements and mapping standards.
• Analyzes source data structures and develops detailed field-level mapping specifications for AMS360.
• Executes and validates test conversions, reconciles results, and resolves data quality issues.
• Uses AI tools to accelerate data quality checks, mapping, validation, and documentation.
• Creates and maintains conversion documentation, mapping rules, data dictionaries, and issue logs.
• Troubleshoots issues with project teams to meet aggressive timelines.
• Supports go-live activities with conversion expertise and flexible hours as needed.
• Provides regular status updates and flags risks to leadership.
