Maine Public Utilities Commission's Emergency Services Communications Bureau is seeking a Systems Coordinator (Management Analyst I) in Augusta, ME. Hybrid work schedule available as you manage statewide 9-1-1 system databases, support office functions, and handle external communications under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
• Light Work: Lifting up to 25 pounds maximum, with frequent lifting of objects around 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves 9-1-1 location discrepancy reports.
• Assists Database Manager with reports and analysis of system operations.
• Conducts management review of Bureau rules compliance by telephone companies through research and develops statistical documentation and reports.
• Develops and updates manuals outlining responsibilities of municipalities and telephone companies’ participation in the 9-1-1 system.
• Prepares and tracks official correspondence from ESCB; updates organization website content.
• Coordinates public education material and equipment for supplying Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs).
• Serves as the Recorder for 9-1-1 Advisory Council.
• Serves as Preservation of State Government Records representative for ESCB.
