Job summary

Maine Public Utilities Commission is seeking a Systems Coordinator (Management Analyst I) in Augusta, ME, with a hybrid work schedule. The role involves managing statewide 9-1-1 system databases, supporting office operations, and external communications for ESCB.

Responsibilities include analyzing activities, preparing reports, updating manuals, and coordinating public education materials for PSAPs, with direct interaction with municipal officials and emergency services providers.

Qualifications

• Six years of education, training, and/or experience in analyzing, evaluating, and/or improving organizational and/or managerial systems.

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves 9-1-1 location discrepancy reports.
• Assists Database Manager with reports and analysis of system operations.
• Conducts management review of Bureau rules compliance by telephone companies and develops statistical documentation and reports.
• Prepares and updates manuals outlining responsibilities of municipalities and telephone companies in the 9-1-1 system.
