Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements, maintain system documentation and platform inventory, and support UAT and operational reporting. The role sits between business stakeholders and technical implementers, partnering with Marketing Operations, CRM, Analytics, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Systems/Operations/Revenue/Marketing Operations or related roles supporting SaaS platforms.
• Experience in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong research and documentation skills with workflow mapping and data flows.
• Experience coordinating UAT, testing, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Experience with CRM platforms, integrated tech ecosystems, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, functional specs, workflows and success metrics.
• Maintain platform inventory, ownership maps, integration docs, and data architecture docs.
• Define and run UAT processes with plans, acceptance criteria, defects, validation, and release readiness.
• Support reporting requests and operational dashboards (health, SLA, adoption, process performance).
• Partner with engineering on delivery planning, dependencies, and solution design.
• Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, Marketing Ops, and Development teams to align data structures and workflows with business goals.
• Support AI and technology initiatives through requirements gathering, process design, testing, and documentation.
