Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech environment.
• Experience with elicitation, analysis, and documentation using UML/BPMN.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders via interviews/workshops.
• Translate needs into functional/non-functional specs, user stories, and flows.
• Collaborate with product, dev, QA, and design for shared understanding.
• Facilitate requirement validation and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, propose improvements.
• Support development and testing by clarifying requirements.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, use cases, and training materials.
• Conduct gap analyses between current and future processes.
• Assist in planning and executing UAT.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA methodologies.
