Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support the operational and technical needs of a software development team. You will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation, coordinating with clients, developers, testers, and project leaders to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Six years of related business analysis, technical analysis, software development, or project delivery experience.
• Technical background with exposure to React, Node.js, and GitHub.
• Experience with AWS cloud tools.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and technical requirements.
• Clarify needs with clients and technical teams; identify gaps and define solution requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Support creation and refinement of wireframes.
• Develop and maintain test plans and acceptance criteria; assist with UAT.
• Create and maintain clear technical, functional, and user-facing documentation.
• Provide Tier I customer support and assist with issue investigation.
• Track requirements, decisions, risks, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, clients, and other teams throughout the SDLC.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and team effectiveness.
• Mentor and support professional development of teammates.
• Work independently while contributing to multiple activities.
