Job summary

IO Datasphere seeks a System Analyst to gather and document clear business requirements, translating them for technical and non-technical stakeholders to support system functionality. The candidate will understand current and future-state processes, data flows, and governance needs to guide project delivery.

The role also serves as ScrumMaster on campaign finance projects using Monday.com and JIRA, coordinating with the PMO for artifacts and documentation while ensuring test plans and repeatable

Qualifications

Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
Proficiency in creating test plans and governance artifacts.
Ability to maintain Agile backlog and collaborate with product owners.
Familiarity with BA/QA/Dev roles and data governance considerations.

Responsibilities

Document clear, testable business requirements.
Create test plans with the business area.
Document repeatable steps for maintenance.
Facilitate requirements meetings with stakeholders.
Maintain project backlog and priorities in Agile projects.
Ensure alignment with governance objectives and data requirements.
Coordinate with UI/UX, architects, DBAs, developers, QA for requirements clarity.
