Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Agile software development environments.
• 2 years of Scrum Master experience leading Agile teams.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira, SQL, and business process documentation.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize work with stakeholders, and track delivery against timelines.
• Identify, communicate, and help resolve project risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments.
• Monitor Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team capacity to improve performance.
• Support release planning, UAT, production deployments, and post-release validation.
• Drive continuous process improvements and promote Agile best practices across teams.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Agile software development environments.

• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Azure DevOps ADO or Jira SQL and business process documentation.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops manage stakeholder expectations and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master CSM Professional Scrum Master PSM PMI-ACP or SAFe certification.
• Experience with Business Objects Power BI REST APIs system integrations and ITIL practices.
• Experience in the Airline Travel or Transportation industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices is desirable.
