Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a System Analyst to gather and document clear, testable business requirements, translating them for technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role includes acting as ScrumMaster on campaign finance projects and coordinating with the PMO for artifacts and documentation on State of Michigan initiatives.

The ideal candidate will review current and future-state business processes, help guide requirements, and create test plans with the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Business Analyst / System Analyst
• Quality Assurance knowledge
• Agile tool knowledge (Epics/Features/User Stories)
• Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
• Experience with as-is/to-be processes and content creation
• Experience with creating product roadmap
• Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile
• Adept with BA tools (FIGMA, Visio)

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements that are clear, unambiguous, testable, and satisfy the business need per templates and standards.
• Create test plans with the business to ensure repeatable processes beyond the project lifecycle.
• Document repeatable steps for maintenance planning.
• Facilitate requirement gathering meetings with project team and stakeholders as per the Communications Plan.
• Maintain the project backlog and set priorities with the product owner during Agile projects.
• Understand project scope and monitor requirements process to align with objectives.
• Understand data governance objectives and ensure stakeholder inclusion regarding data requirements.
• Resolve critical IT issues related to the BA role.
• Understand project benefits and impacts of scope changes.
• Ensure SEM deliverables are completed, reviewed, and approved per area processes.
• Collaborate with vendor partners (UI/UX, solution architects, DBAs, developers, QA) to ensure understanding of requirements and scalability.
