The Senior Systems Analyst will support the Web Technology team by facilitating requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into Agile/Scrum user stories, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions. This role requires strong technical acumen, system analysis expertise, and the ability to work across business and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into Agile/Scrum user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Generate and maintain system design and technical documentation
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver new features and enhancements
• Analyze application workflows and understand end-to-end system functionality
• Support defect triage and root cause analysis through code and log analysis
• Manage product backlogs and support minimum viable product (MVP) definition
• Work closely with QA teams on testing scenarios and validation activities
• Monitor scope changes, project risks, and escalation items
• Contribute to systems analysis standards and best practices
• Mentor junior systems analysts when needed
• Support multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced Agile environment
