Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience with troubleshooting and customer support.
• 3 years of experience in Windows Server support and administration.
• 3 years of professional SQL Server Database support and administration with recent versions.
• Ability to analyze transaction data and report findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide software and hardware support triage for toll systems in the region.
• Troubleshoot issues including configuration, database, and security concerns.
• Support system configuration validation during deployments and changes.
• Create ad-hoc SQL queries as needed and interpret system data.
