Qualifications

• 15+ years of Systems Administrator experience.
• Deep expertise in Windows environments and Active Directory.
• Experience with Hyper‑V failover clustering and Dell Storage.
• Strong networking knowledge including Palo Alto and Cisco products.
• Proficient in PowerShell, scripting, and system monitoring tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servers, storage, networks, and databases for high availability.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies and test regularly.
• Enforce security policies and manage firewalls and controls.
• Monitor system health, capacity, and performance; respond to alerts.
• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations with minimal impact.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
• Mentor junior administrators and manage vendor relationships.
