In this role, you may:
Support, extend, and integrate enterprise applications, including phone, voice, and IVR systems
Work with key technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, databases, and basic networking
Work with Tier I Applications from Oracle, Trimble, ESRI, and more
Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure systems remain secure, functional, and aligned with business needs
Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
This position may be filled at the Systems Analyst I, II, III, or IV level depending on your experience, education, and skillset.
Associate's Degree ( Systems Analyst I - ONLY )

1+ Years of Experience
General Knowledge in several of the key areas including but not limited to: OS Platforms, Enterprise Applications, Servers, Databases, Middleware Solutions, Cloud Services, and Programming Languages
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Thrives working in a team environment
Valid Driver's License
