Greenville Utilities is seeking a Control Room Operator I/II for its 24/7 control center in Greenville, NC. You will dispatch information, monitor SCADA and related systems, communicate with customers, and generate service orders while supporting storm restoration per the Emergency Plan.
Minimum requirements include 1+ year experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Training for 12-hour night shifts and weekends will apply after onboarding.
Salary Range: $42,411.20 - $80,308.80
Anticipated Hiring Range: $42,411.20 - $65,416.00 (commensurate with skills and experience)

The Electric Department is seeking a Control Room Operator to perform responsible communications while responding to routine and emergency conditions on the Electric, Water, Wastewater, and Gas utility systems.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $42,411.20 - $58,219.20 (commensurate with skills and experience)
Experience with SCADA, Geographic Information Systems, Customer Information Systems, Outage Management Systems, and Work Management Systems is preferred.

This position is for our 24/7-hour control center; after training, you will be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts and required to work weekends and holidays.
