Job summary

Greenville Utilities is seeking a Systems Analyst I–IV to join our team and help deliver reliable, integrated solutions across enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role supports phone, voice, and IVR systems and works with AD, Entra, and 365, databases, and basic networking.

Roles span I–IV levels with corresponding hiring ranges; on-site work schedule is M-F 8AM-5PM. A strong candidate will troubleshoot, document, and collaborate to improve systems in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required for Systems Analyst I and Bachelor's for II-IV.
• 1+ Years of Experience.
• Knowledge in OS platforms, enterprise applications, servers, databases, middleware, cloud services, and programming languages.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; excellent oral and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Support, extend, and integrate enterprise applications, including phone, voice, and IVR systems.
• Work with key technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, databases, and basic networking.
• Work with Tier I Applications from Oracle, Trimble, ESRI, and more.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure systems remain secure, functional, and aligned with business needs.
• Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
