Greenville Utilities Commission in Greenville, NC is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support, extend, and integrate enterprise applications across our infrastructure. You will work with AD, Entra, M365, databases, and networking to ensure secure, reliable systems aligned with business needs.

The position is available at multiple analyst levels (I–IV) with defined hiring ranges and degree requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required for Analyst I; Bachelor's for II-IV.
• Strong fundamentals in OS platforms, servers, databases, middleware, cloud services.
• Good troubleshooting and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, extend, and integrate enterprise applications, including phone, voice, and IVR systems
• Work with key technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, databases, and basic networking
• Work with Tier I Applications from Oracle, Trimble, ESRI, and more
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure systems remain secure, functional, and aligned with business needs
• Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
